THE ACCOMMODATION

Our Tiny House has been thoughtfully designed to maximise both comfort and space, sleeping up to four guests.

The ground floor features a cosy bedroom with a king-size bed, storage for your belongings, and patio doors that open directly onto the spacious decking area, allowing you to step outside and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. An additional double mattress on the mezzanine level provides comfortable sleeping space for two more guests, making the Tiny House ideal for couples, families and small groups.

The modern ground-floor shower room includes a walk-in shower, toilet and wash basin, with a continuous supply of hot water for a comfortable stay.

The well-equipped kitchenette has everything you need to prepare meals during your Norfolk staycation, including a double induction hob, fridge and sink, along with a microwave, air fryer, kettle, toaster and coffee machine.

The inviting living area comfortably seats up to four guests and includes a Smart TV, Bluetooth speaker system and complimentary Wi-Fi. A folding dining table provides a convenient space for meals, board games or planning your next day’s adventures.

With underfloor heating for cosy winter escapes and air conditioning to keep you cool during the summer months, our Tiny House offers comfortable glamping in Norfolk all year round.

OUTDOOR SPACE & THE GLADE

One of the standout features of our Tiny House is the generous west-facing decking area, the perfect place to relax from morning until sunset. Complete with outdoor seating and a BBQ, it’s ideal for al fresco dining, enjoying a morning coffee or unwinding with a drink as the evening sun sets over the campsite. For those who love an authentic camping experience, fire pits are available to borrow from the Clubhouse, making it easy to enjoy cosy evenings under the stars.

Dog owners will also appreciate the small enclosed area alongside the Tiny House, providing a safe space for your four-legged friend to stretch their legs. Elsewhere on the campsite, we kindly ask that dogs are kept on a lead at all times to help everyone enjoy their stay.

The Tiny House benefits from one dedicated parking space alongside the property, with additional parking available nearby in the main campsite car park.

Situated on The Glade, the Tiny House is part of a small, exclusive camping area that also includes two gravel pitches suitable for campervans and small motorhomes, and two grass pitches for family-sized tents. This makes The Glade the perfect choice for larger families or groups of friends looking for mixed accommodation. If you’d like to enjoy the entire area together, The Glade can be booked exclusively—simply get in touch with us to discuss your requirements.

ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION

Please note that access to the Tiny House is via steps leading to the decking area. Due to the compact design and internal layout, the accommodation is not suitable for guests with limited mobility. The mezzanine sleeping area is accessed by steep stairs and is not recommended for young children.
